Not very friendly staff!

Beautiful old and cool hotel in a beautiful historic style building. Lots of options, good food. Huge, large room with private bath, own private bathroom downstairs! Super-friendly and amicable property employees all round. Central location, around 10-15 minutes walk from Swisspor Arena Stadium.

The hotel was nice sized and facilities were clean, it had nice and lovely location right by downtown, central Luzerne, a bus stop that was a five minute ride to downtown, central Luzerne and the centre of Luzern.

The room was stylish and large with central heating and a writing table.

We stayed at a charming bed and breakfast in a quiet neighborhood, a bit away from the city center. The location was great, with a bus stop just a few hundred meters away and many connections to the main station. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with lots of information about the sights to see in the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast served in the chandeliered rooms was delicious.

The shared bathrooms were suboptimal, especially during the heatwave conditions.

Simple hotel, it has nice restaurant and beautiful location near public transport. The venue offers fashionable, huge rooms with private bath and a large bed, as example.

The breakfast was delicious with freshly baked bread, fresh fruit and so many on the floors for the continental breakfast.

Tourist area, great and beautiful location, close enough to Mt Pilatus, train station, Lion monument, church, and a close bus stop.

Had a good stay, the hotel is good old.

The room was reasonably large and airy, the bathroom was large.

During our stay at The Bed + Breakfast, I experienced how friendly and helpful the staff were. They provided great recommendations for free time activities, traffic, and museums. The breakfast was delicious and the location of the B&B was in a quiet and pleasant part of town. I also appreciated the easy access to bus stops for exploring the old town and hiking spots. The building itself was lovely and the rooms were idyllic, especially the charming dining room. The availability of multiple bathrooms ensured that there was always one free when needed. I also loved the gesture of free coffee/tea 24/7 and the fresh flowers on the tables each morning. I had a delightful stay and would definitely recommend The Bed + Breakfast to others.

One drawback was that the rooms were quite hot during our stay and the owner didn't provide much help. We emailed twice about the high room temperature, but were only given a small table fan to deal with the sweltering heat.

The hotel is fairly clean, simple and has particularly good location very near to a bus stop. The breakfast is perfect with freshly baked bread and also so many on the floors, and the service is friendly. The staff are outstandingly accommodating and the room was exceptionally clean by six bedrooms.

never had a better trip before now, everything was nice. got stylish room with very comfy beds. our hotel was in a beautiful location easy to take the bus to the main station. it was also close to a bus stop that was a five minute ride to downtown and the town center.
